This page explains what we collect when you book a table or save a seat at a Shelfscape event, why we collect it, and how to ask us to remove it. Plain language, no surprises.
What we collect
When you book a table or reserve an event seat we keep only the details you give us in the form — nothing scraped, nothing silently logged.

Why we collect it

We don’t send marketing emails from this form, and we don’t sell or share your details for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking and reservation information for as long as we need it to operate the lounge — typically through the visit and a reasonable window after, for receipts, refunds, and follow-up. Older records are deleted or anonymised when they’re no longer useful.

How to request deletion
DM us with the name and email you used when you booked. We’ll remove your booking and reservation records and reply when it’s done.
